Foundation of Longevity
We believe longevity comes from balance: strengthening the body, protecting the mind, and creating habits that lastly help enrich life, regardless of age. As your personal trainer in Denver, our approach focuses on:
- Building and maintaining muscle with strength, mobility, and corrective work
- Developing aerobic and anaerobic capacity while improving stability, balance, coordination, power, speed, and endurance
- Supporting mental, emotional, and cognitive health
- Prioritizing deep sleep and intentional recovery
- Fueling with nutrient-dense foods
- Tracking key indicators like VO₂ max, HRV, and fitness age
- Establishing simple, productive routines that make healthy choices automatic
Aerobic & Anaerobic Capacity
As a personal trainer in Denver, I use functional fitness to train the body for real-life movements by simulating common tasks at home, work, or in sports—helping muscles work together for everyday activities.
Strength & Longevity
Strength training involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the use of weights but can take a variety of different forms.
Functional Training
Mobility training is the process in which you work to improve mobility in all or a single joint. Through daily activities, injuries, exercise, or sport, joint range of motion can decrease resulting in what is known as a compromised joint.
Mobility
Cardiovascular training, or aerobic training, is a type of exercise that increases the endurance of skeletal muscles by making the distribution of oxygen by the heart more efficient.

What My Clients Say
Rick Abrams, M.D. Colorado Preventive Medicine
In person, Chris is without a doubt the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. Now, with virtual Zoom training sessions, he hasn’t missed a beat. Chris carefully plans every workout to cover general training as well as exercises and stretches specifically designed to address issues caused by home confinement. My goal is to improve my level of training during the COVID pandemic and Chris is getting me there.
Richard Abrams, M.D. Colorado Preventive Medicine
Simply said, Chris Wilde changed my body, my health and my life. I’m a physician and I was skeptical that after 70 years of life it is even possible to add muscle strength, correct posture, and improve balance. Chris proved to me that it is, indeed, possible and that it’s also possible to enjoy the process. Among his many talents, Chris is able to skillfully assess an individual’s needs, set goals and help achieve those goals. His workouts are always fresh, personalized and functional. I take great pleasure in knowing how many daily efforts I’m able to accomplish with ease; not to mention how much I’ve improved sports performance. Most importantly I sincerely look forward to every session with Chris. He instructs, encourages and rewards with consummate professionalism. His studio is comfortable, private and well-equipped, but frankly, I would travel anywhere to work with Chris. I never miss a single session.
Mark Vollmer, Personal Trainer
As unbelievable as it is to me, I am as of this writing beginning my 5th year of training with Chris Wilde. It has been time well spent. I never thought of myself as someone who would ever hire a trainer, but a nearly debilitating Seadoo accident my first year of retirement changed the course of that way of thinking. After 6 months of crutches from a shattered sacrum, I found myself nervous to workout for fear of hurting myself. Chris entered my life as a gift from my wife to help me get back into the gym. It worked! At 63, I am probably in the best shape of my life at an age when most people only dream of how they moved when they were young.
With Chris’ guidance I not only got past my fear of exercising again, but I healed and discovered a whole new life than what I had thought retirement would be. Not only did I continue to pursue the benefits of exercise, but I also entered totally into healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle. Over the years some of my physical pursuits have caused other problems that Chris has helped me work out. So far he has helped me get back into the game after a few back issues: bulging disks, stenosis, leaking disk with nerve pressure, and spondylolisthesis with nerve root contact, 2 shoulder impingements, one shoulder surgery, strained MCL, torn adductor, and a torn bicep tendon with lingering surgical issues. But with his handling and motivation during some low periods I continued to enjoy an active lifestyle. Haha, as someone once said, “ I’d rather wear out than rust out”.
Since training with him I not only got back on the Seadoo and have been able to enjoy it each summer, but I have participated obstacle races such as 2 Warrior Dashes, and 5 Spartan Races. I achieved my first Spartan Trifecta which includes running 5, 10 and 13 mile races in one calendar year. I have run over 45 race miles and maneuvered over 165 obstacles in races. I participated in one Body Building Physique Show and placed 4th. I have ridden camels and camped in the Sahara Desert. In 3 weeks from today I will be scaling Mt Kilimanjaro with my daughter. And besides all of this he convinced me to study for and to come out of retirement and become a personal trainer. I am now four years into it. And I continue training with him.
I can honestly say that none of that would have happened without Chris. He’s the man! A good trainer motivates you to keep at it when you don’t think you can, inspires you to do better and live life to your fullest, and is fun. Chris is all of that! There is no doubt that Chris has changed my life and now I can plan on running races, climbing mountains, snowboarding and summer Seadooing well into what was once considered old age. “Youth has no age.”
Thanks Chris!

Chris Wilde is awesome!! I’ve been training with him for about a year. He motivates me, encourages me,and builds my confidence. Working out with Chris has helped me become stronger, leaner, and moreenergetic. I appreciate the fact that he is extremely attentive to form. During our sessions, Chris iscompletely focused on me and my form so that I gain the most benefit from each exercise and for injury prevention. One of his (many!) strengths is zeroing in on problem areas. I have had knee pain for years.Chris has worked with me on exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee, which has decreased my knee discomfort significantly. The 303 Performance studio is just getting started so it is small, but the space is being expanded andadditional equipment continues to be added. There aren’t a lot of frills but there is definitely enoughequipment to get a good, balanced workout. Finally, Chris really cares about his clients. A friend and I both work out with him, and he is interested inour lives both inside and outside of the gym. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
